Mthunzi
Njabulo Mthunzi Ndimande (born December 6, 1992) mononymously known as Mthunzi, is a South African singer-songwriter and producer. He made his first debut album song ''Selimathunzi'' in 2020. In 2024, he gained a prominence as his song "Kabza Chant" with Kabza de Small and other artists debuted No. 1 on Local Streaming Chart Top 10 by The Official South African Charts. Early life Mthunzi was born and raised in Hammersdale, KwaZulu-Natal. His father was a singer and guitarist. He developed musical interest at an early age and began recording in 2008 posting his work on SoundCloud. In February 2019, he relocated to Johannesburg, after he was invited by Sun-El Musician to work on music. Career His debut studio album ''Selimathunzi'' was released on 24 January 2020. ''From a God to a King'' is the tenth studio album by South African singer Kelly Khumalo, released on 14 February 2023 through Universal Music South Africa. Production was handled by Mondli Ngcobo. Release and promotion The Standard edition of ''From a God to a King'' was released on 14 February 2023. To further promote the album Khumalo performed her first annual Gospel Explosion Concert from 15–16 April at Johannesburg's Lyric Theatre. On 28 April, following the success of the two dates, she added one more date that was held at Vaal on 28 May. The South African Music Awards (often simply the SAMAs) are the Recording Industry of South Africa's music industry awards, established in 1995. Zakhele Madida (born 26 May 1981 in KwaMashu F-section, KwaZulu-Natal), known professionally as Zakes Bantwini, is a South African singer, record producer and businessman. Early life Zakhele Madida was born and raised in KwaMashu F-section in the province of KwaZulu-Natal. He went to Shayamoya Junior Primary School and later attended Nqabakazulu High School.
