Mohammed Ali Al-Maqdashi
Lieutenant General Mohammed Ali Al-Maqdashi ( ar, محمد علي المقدشي, born 1962) is a Yemeni military officer. On 28 July 2022 he appointed by Rashad Al-Alaimi as an advisor to the Yemen's Presidential Leadership Council for military and security affairs. Rashad Al-Alimi
Rashad Muhammad al-Alimi (born 1954) is a Yemeni politician currently serving as the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council since 7 April 2022. Biography Rashad al-Alimi was born in 1954 in Al-Aloom, a village in the Taiz Governorate, and is the son of judge Mohammed ben Ali al-Alimi. He graduated from Gamal Abdel Nasser High School in Sanaa in 1969. He subsequently obtained a bachelor's degree in military science from the Kuwait Police College in 1975, and another university degree in arts from the University of Sanaa in 1977, then a master's degree and a doctorate in sociology from Ain Shams University in Egypt between 1984 and 1988. The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC; ar, مجلس القيادة الرئاسي) is the executive body of Yemen's internationally-recognized government, formed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, by a presidential decree on 7 April 2022, to seek a "comprehensive political solution" to the Yemeni civil war.
