Alog is a Norwegian musical group. The musical duo Alog was formed in Tromsø in Troms county, Norway in 1997. Alog has been among Norway's performers of experimental electronic music. The musical duo consists of Norway, Norwegian musicians Espen Sommer Eide and Dag-Are Haugan. The band records on the Rune Grammofon label, home of Norwegian artists mainly covering improv, electronica, jazz, avant rock and alternative pop. In 2005, Alog was the winner of the Spellemannprisen, the Norwegian equivalent of the Grammy. Tromsø

Espen Sommer Eide
Espen Sommer Eide (born in 1972) is a Norwegian composer and musician. Espen Sommer Eide was born in Oslo, Norway. Espen played music originally on percussion instruments, flutes and trumpet, before emphasising computer-generated sounds. He lives in Bergen, Norway where he is involved in the city's experimental music scene. Eide has released several solo albums as Phonophani, under the Rune Grammofon record label. Phonophani is multi-instrumentalist and digital electronics music, characterized by various manipulated live instruments integrated with pure electronic sounds. Espen Sommer Eide is the developer of the Concertinome, a custom made instrument combining the concertina accordion with the monome style keyboard and electronic air pressure sensors. Dag-Are Haugan (born in 1970) is a Norwegian musician who is part of the Tromsø techno scene. Dag-Are Haugan was born in Tromsø, a city and municipality in Troms county, Norway. Haugan started playing guitar in his teens and formed several pop bands, for which he was also vocalist. Lars Horntveth
Lars Horntveth (born 10 March 1980 in Tønsberg, Norway) is a Norwegian musician (saxophones, clarinet, percussion and guitar), band leader, and composer. He is the younger brother of tubaist Line Horntveth, but best known as a key member of the bands Jaga Jazzist and The National Bank, together with his brother Martin Horntveth. Hans-Peter Lindstrøm (born 16 February 1973) is a Norwegian music producer who works under the name Lindstrøm. He established the music label Feedelity in 2002.
