''Unplugged Café Tacuba'' is a complete live album (ninth overall) that was recorded in 1995 and released in 2005 as a CD/ DVD combo by Mexican alternative rock group Café Tacvba. Café Tacuba was the first Mexican rock band to ever appear on ''MTV Unplugged'' twice. The live performance was recorded in 1995 and released on CD and DVD in 5.1 surround sound 5.1 surround sound ("five-point one") is the common name for surround sound audio systems. 5.1 is the most commonly used layout in home theatres. Gustavo Alfredo Santaolalla (; born 19 August 1951) is an Argentine composer, record producer and musician. Sino is the Latin Grammy winning sixth studio album by Mexican band Café Tacuba, released on October 9, 2007 in Mexico, Latin America and the United States. The band has once again worked with award-winning Argentine music producer Gustavo Santaolalla. Four singles spawned off the album- "Volver a Comenzar", "Esta Vez", "Vámonos", and "Quiero Ver". The full album leaked onto the internet on October 6, 2007. On September 10, 2008, Café Tacvba became the leading nominee at the Latin Grammy Awards of 2008 with a total of six nominations: Album of the Year and Alternative Music Album, for ''Sino''.
