LÍF Leirvík
Leirvíkar Ítróttarfelag, commonly known as LÍF or LÍF Leirvík, was a Faroese football club based in Leirvík. The club was founded in 1928. They merged with GÍ Gøta in 2008 to form Víkingur, in the year of team's 80th anniversary. From 1982 to 1989, and for one final time in 1993, LÍF played in the country's top division, with the best finish being 4th place in 1984 and 1985. In 1986, they lost their only ever Faroe Islands Cup final by 2–1 to NSÍ Runavík. Uppi á Brekku
''Uppi 2'' is a 2015 Indian Kannada-language allegorical thriller film written and directed by Upendra, and produced by Priyanka Upendra. It is a sequel to the 1999 cult film ''Upendra''. The film stars an ensemble cast featuring Upendra, Kristina Akheeva, Parul Yadav, Sayaji Shinde, Shobaraj, Satyajit, Bank Janardhan, Vaijanath Biradar and Mimicry Dayanand. The soundtrack and background score were composed by Gurukiran. ''Uppi 2'' was released on 14 August 2015, coinciding with Indian Independence Day, and received mixed reviews for its convoluted plot and narrative. Despite this, the film became a commercial success and completed 50 days run at the box-office and became one of the highest grossing Kannada movie of 2015. NSÍ Runavík
NSÍ Runavík is a Faroe Islands, Faroese professional association football, football club, playing in Runavík on the island of Eysturoy. It was founded 24 March 1957. In 2003 NSÍ participated for the first time on a European stage. In 2007, the club won the Faroe Islands Premier League for the first time. The club has won the Faroe Islands Cup in 1986, 2002 and 2017. Aside from these instances, NSÍ Runavík featured in the 1980, 1985, 1988, 2004 and 2015 tournament finals. The club plays in yellow and black. Their stadium (Runavík Stadium, Við Løkin) has a capacity of 2,000. It is not approved by UEFA for international play, so Runavík play their UEFA Europa League matches at Tórsvøllur in Tórshavn or Svangaskarð in Toftir. The Faroe Islands Cup (, literally the Prime Minister Cup) is the main football cup competition in the Faroe Islands. The first edition was played in 1955. History The HB–TB decade The first decade of the competition was marked by the alternance of titles between HB and TB. Only in its eleventh year, the cup saw a different champion, with B36 defeating rivals HB in the final. Subsequent years In the subsequent editions, the other former finalists also got their first titles; KÍ in 1966, and VB in 1974. 1970 was the only time a final was not played, as the Faroe Islands Sports Association (ÍSF) choose to annul the competition after KÍ, and later VB, refused to play against HB in Tórshavn.
