Luka Juričić (footballer)
Luka Juričić (born 25 November 1996) is a professional footballer who plays as a striker for Premier League BH club Borac Banja Luka. Born in Germany, he has represented Bosnia and Herzegovina at under-19 level. Career In 2015, when Juričić suffered several serious knee injuries that almost ended his career, he was out for almost two years but managed to recover and continue his career. Pyunik On 3 July 2022, Armenian Premier League club Pyunik announced the signing of Juričić. On 8 February 2023, Juričić extended his contract with Pyunik until the end of the 2023/24 season. Football Club Pyunik (), commonly known as Pyunik (), is an Armenian professional sports club based in the Kentron neighbourhood of Yerevan. Pyunik is mostly known for its professional football team which, since its creation in 1992, has always played in the Armenian Premier League, becoming the most successful team of Armenia in number of official titles, with 34 won to date. Pyunik is also known to be one of the most popular football clubs in Armenia, along with Urartu, Shirak and Ararat. Liga I (; ''First League''), also spelled as Liga 1 and officially known as SuperLiga for sponsorship reasons, is a professional association football league in Romania and the highest level of the Romanian football league system. Contested by 16 clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation from and to Liga II. The 2023–24 Liga I (also known as SuperLiga for sponsorship reasons) is the 106th season of the Liga I, the top Romanian professional league for association football clubs. The 2023–24 season was Pyunik's 30th season in the Armenian Premier League. Season overview On 23 June, Arthur Avagyan extended his contract with Pyunik until 31 May 2024, whilst Nikita Baranov extended his contract with Pyunik until 31 December 2024. The K League 2 () is the men's second-highest division of the South Korean football league system. It is contested between thirteen professional clubs and operates on a promotion and relegation system with K League 1. History In 2011, the original K League announced a plan to begin a promotion and relegation system between the K League and a proposed second division.
