Lost & Profound is a Canadian folk rock band that originated in the early 1990s. at Jam!'s Pop Music Encyclopedia. They are known for their moody, low-key folk songs. History Originally from Calgary, Alberta, the group began performing under the name The Psychedelic Folk Virgins. The band consisted of vocalist Lisa Boudreau and guitarist Terry Tompkins, with a varying roster of supporting musicians that included Anton Evans on bass, Vic D'Arsie on keyboards, and Curtis Driedger, Allen Baekeland and David Quinton-Steinberg on drums. James Alec Stewart (born 31 January 1964) is a retired British musician who was the bassist of the post-punk/hard rock band The Cult. He recorded on The Cult's first four albums, ''Dreamtime'', ''Love'', ''Electric'' and ''Sonic Temple''. Early life Stewart was born in Harrow, Middlesex, on 31 January 1964. Billy Strange
William Everett Strange (September 29, 1930 – February 22, 2012) was an American singer, songwriter, musician, guitarist, and actor. He began as a session musician with The Wrecking Crew, a famous session band of the 1960s and 1970s, and was inducted into the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum as a member of that ensemble in 2007. Michael Organ (born 1953 Carlisle, Indiana) is an American rock drummer, best known for performing and recording with Sonny Landreth and Henry Lee Summer. Organ was a part of a number of country and bluegrass albums from the 1980s into the 1990s. He also recorded with Jimmy Buffett and a number of other country artists.
