Stuart David Price (born 9 September 1977) is an English electronic musician, DJ, songwriter, and record producer. His acts include his own band Zoot Woman (with Adam Blake (musician), Adam Blake and Johnny Blake (musician), Johnny Blake), Les Rythmes Digitales (, literally "The Digital Rhythms"), Paper Faces, Man with Guitar, Thin White Duke (not to be confused with The Thin White Duke, David Bowie's earlier persona of the same name), and the parodic French moniker Jacques Lu Cont (though he actually grew up in Reading, Berkshire, Reading, England). Zoot Woman is a British electronic music group, which composes of members Adam Blake (musician), Adam Blake, Johnny Blake (musician), Johnny Blake and Stuart Price. Their debut studio album ''Living in a Magazine'' was released by Wall of Sound (record label), Wall of Sound backed by singles "It's Automatic" and "Living in a Magazine". Their second eponymous album features the singles "Grey Day" and "Taken It All". Kasabian
Kasabian ( ) are an English rock band formed in Leicester in 1997 by lead vocalist Tom Meighan, guitarist and second vocalist Sergio Pizzorno, guitarist Chris Karloff and bassist Chris Edwards. Drummer Ian Matthews joined in 2004. Karloff left the band in 2006 and founded a new band called Black Onassis. Jay Mehler joined as touring lead guitarist in 2006, leaving for Liam Gallagher's Beady Eye in 2013, to be replaced by Tim Carter, who later became a full-time band member in 2021. Meighan left the band in July 2020, with Pizzorno stepping up as full-time lead vocalist. In 2010 and 2014, Kasabian won the Q Awards for Best Act in the World Today. He serves as the co-founder, lead vocalist, primary songwriter, keyboardist, and occasional bassist of the Las Vegas-based rock band the Killers, which he formed with Dave Keuning in 2001. The Thin White Duke
The Thin White Duke was the persona and character adopted by the English musician David Bowie for public appearances in the mid-1970s. Though the Duke is primarily identified with Bowie's 1976 album ''Station to Station'' and is mentioned by name in the Station to Station (song), title track, he had first begun to adopt aspects of the persona during the tour supporting his ''Young Americans'' album in late 1974. The look and character of the Thin White Duke were also influenced by that of Thomas Jerome Newton, the humanoid alien played by Bowie in the film ''The Man Who Fell to Earth'', which filmed in mid-1975. The Thin White Duke became a controversial figure due to ostensibly pro-fascist statements made by Bowie in press interviews during this period.
