Kulula.com (stylized as kulula.com) and commonly referred to as Kulula was a South African low-cost airline, operating on major domestic routes from O. R. Tambo International Airport and Lanseria International Airport, both serving the city of Johannesburg. The airline's headquarters were located at Bonaero Park, Kempton Park, Gauteng, Kempton Park, Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, Ekurhuleni, Gauteng. The name 'Kulula' comes from the Nguni languages, Nguni languages of Zulu language, Zulu and Xhosa language, Xhosa, meaning ''It's easy.'' Lanseria International Airport is a privately owned international airport that is situated north of Randburg and Sandton to the northwest of Johannesburg, South Africa. The airport can handle aircraft up to the size of a Boeing 757-300 and the airport was created to ease traffic congestion at OR Tambo International Airport. Gqeberha ( , ), formerly named Port Elizabeth, and colloquially referred to as P.E., is a major seaport and the most populous city in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa.
