Khánh Bình is a commune in the Trần Văn Thời District of Cà Mau province, Vietnam on the Gulf of Thailand. As of 2007 the commune had a population of 11,598 and covers an area of 37.04 square kilometers. The commune has 9 villages. Khánh Hải borders the communes of Binh Đồng Khánh and An Loi, and U Minh District. Marine transportation is prevalent in the area. Industry is based on fishing, notably crabs, and blue shrimp. Cà Mau Province
Cà Mau is a Provinces of Vietnam, province of Vietnam, named after Cà Mau, its capital city. It is located in the Mekong Delta of southern Vietnam, and is the southernmost of Vietnam's 63 provinces. Trần Văn Thời District
Trần Văn Thời is a huyện, rural district (''huyện'') of Cà Mau province in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. As of 2019, the district had a population of 197,679. The area spans 700 km2. The district capital lies at Trần Văn Thời. Trần Văn Thời is located on the western coast of the province and borders the Gulf of Thailand, the districts of U Minh district, U Minh to the north and Phú Tân district, Cà Mau, Phú Tân to the south, and Cà Mau City to the east.
