The district is divided into the following communes: Trần Văn Thời, Sông Đốc, Khánh Bình Tây Bắc, Khánh Bình Tây, Trần Hợi, Khánh Bình, Khánh Hưng, Khánh Bình Đông, Khánh Hải, Lợi An, Phong Lạc, Phong Điền and Khánh Lộc.
