Julie Wilson Nimmo
Julie Wilson Nimmo is a Scottish actress and dancer. She is known for portraying the roles of Miss Hoolie in the BBC Children's series ''Balamory'', Mrs Sawdust in CBeebies show 'Olga Da Polga' and DC Megan Squire in the BBC Scottish television series Scot Squad. Career Nimmo started her career along with a lot of other Scottish actors and comedians in the 1995 sketch show '' Pulp Video'' which was partly written by her now husband Greg Hemphill and his co writer Ford Kiernan. Between 1999 and 2002, Nimmo was a regular star in the sketch show ''Chewin' the Fat'' by the same writers. She starred in all four series and the New Year specials. After taking a break from acting, Nimmo returned to the stage in Glasgow as So-Shy in a production of Sandy Wilson's pantomime musical ''Aladdin''. East Kilbride
East Kilbride (; gd, Cille Bhrìghde an Ear ) is the largest town in South Lanarkshire in Scotland and the country's sixth-largest locality by population. It was also designated Scotland's first new town on 6 May 1947. Ewen Cameron (born 23 May 1972) is a Scottish comedian, television presenter and radio DJ. He currently presents on Bauer Media's Greatest Hits Radio Scotland and hosts ''The Big Scottish Football Podcast'' alongside Steven Mill. Cameron hosted the late-night television programme ''The Late Show with Ewen Cameron'' on STV2 from 2016 to 2018. He was also host of STV2 lifestyle show '' Live at Five'', from 2016 until 2018, as well as hosting a variety of STV television specials, including, ''The Festival Show'' and ''Scotland's Big Sleep Out''. Tron Theatre
The Tron Theatre is located in the corner of Trongate and Chisholm Street, in what was formerly the Tron Kirk which had started as the Collegiate Church of Our Lady and St. Anne in the Trongate area of Glasgow, Scotland. The Tron Steeple still stands adjacent to the theatre. ''Still Game'' is a Scottish sitcom, produced by The Comedy Unit with BBC Scotland. It was created by Ford Kiernan and Greg Hemphill, who played the lead characters, Jack Jarvis, Esq and Victor McDade, two Glaswegian pensioners. The characters first appeared in the pair's previous TV sketch show ''Chewin' the Fat'', which aired in Scotland from January 1999 until December 2005. Following its debut on 6 September 2002, 62 episodes of ''Still Game'' were aired, including Christmas and Hogmanay specials, in addition to almost 50 live shows.
