Jainal Antel Sali Jr.
Jainal Antel Sali Jr. (June 1, 1964 – January 16, 2007) was a Filipino militant who was a senior leader of Abu Sayyaf, an Islamist terrorist organization affiliated with Al Qaeda. Born in Zamboanga City, Mindanao, in Philippines, Sali was also known as The Engineer, and by other aliases; "Abu Solaiman, Abu Solajman, Abu Sulaiman, Abu Sulayman, and Jainal Antal Sali Jr." He spoke Tausug, Tagalog, Arabic, and English. Sali was indicted in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, for his alleged involvement in terrorist acts, including hostage kidnapping and murder, against United States nationals and other foreign nationals in and around the Republic of the Philippines. For that indictment, on February 24, 2006, Jainal Antel Sali Jr. was among six fugitives in the second and most recent group of indicted fugitives to be added to the FBI Most Wanted Terrorists list along with two fellow members of Abu Sayyaf. Zamboanga City

Special Forces Regiment (Philippines)
The Special Forces Regiment (Airborne) is a Special Operations Forces unit of the Philippine Army. The unit is based on and continually trains with its American counterpart, the Special Forces (United States Army), U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Berets). The basic combat organization of the Special Forces is the 12-man Special Forces Team. Isnilon Totoni Hapilon (March 10, 1968 – October 16, 2017), also known by the '' nom de guerre'' Abu Abdullah al-Filipini, was a Filipino Islamist militant affiliated with IS. He was formerly leader of Abu Sayyaf Group, before its battalions pledged their allegiance to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. An April 2016 issue of IS's weekly newsletter '' Al-Naba'' said that Hapilon had been appointed as "emir of all Islamic State forces in the Philippines". Khadaffy Abubakar Janjalani (also transliterated as Khadafy Janjalani, Khadafi Janjalani and Khaddafi Janjalani; March 3, 1975 – September 4, 2006) was a Filipino Islamist militant who was the leader of the Moro militant group known as Abu Sayyaf and the leader of one of its factions. Ramzi Ahmed Yousef (; born 27 April 1968) is a Pakistani convicted terrorist who was one of the main perpetrators and the mastermind behind the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and the bombing of Philippine Airlines Flight 434; he was also a co-conspirator in the Bojinka plot. Abdurajak Abubakar Janjalani (1959 – December 18, 1998) was a Filipino Islamist militant who was the chief founder and leader of the Abu Sayyaf militant organization until his death in 1998 by Filipino police. Upon his death his brother, Khadaffy Janjalani, took control of the organization.
