Ida Ćirić
Ivanka "Ida" Ćirić ( sr-cyr, Иванка Ида Ћирић; 3 March 1932 — 2007) was a notable Serbian illustrator for children. Except for illustration, the fields of her interest were book design, collage and papier-mache objects. She illustrated more than 50 books, and numerous book covers and magazine illustrations. Won 12 important Yugoslav national awards for illustration. Performed six one-man exhibitions. Biography Her father Svetislav Vučković (1902–1973) was an engineer and before the 2nd World War one of the leaders of the Slavic "Falcon" gymnastic movement (, ). Mother Slavka (1903–1983) was a professor of gymnastics. Pavle Vasić
Pavle Vasić (30 August 1907 – 12 March 1993) was a Serbian painter, art historian, art critic and pedagogue. One of his endeavours was to introduce designs for the reconstruction of the first Serbian uniforms. Biography Pavle Vasić was born on 30 August 1907 in Niš, Serbia. He graduated from the Third Belgrade Gymnasium (1925) and studied painting at the Royal Art School (1922-1924) also in Belgrade. He continued to study art with Jovan Bijelić (1926–1929), and at the same time studied and graduated in jurisprudence from the University of Belgrade in 1931. He also completed his studies in art history (1947), then received his doctorate (1956) with the topic Life and work of Anastas Jovanović, the first Serbian modern lithographer and early photographer. He was an associate and a member of the editorial board of the ArtReview and became an assistant at the National Museum in Belgrade in 1939. Dragan Lukić
Dragan Lukić ( sr-cyr, Драган Лукић; 30 November 1928 – 1 January 2006) was a Serbian children's writer. Biography He was born in Belgrade. His mother's name was Tomanija, and his father, Aleksandar, was a pressman, so he acquired an affection for books at an early age. In 1946 he started to publish, and during the 1950s he became a known children's poet. In 1952, he published his first books (poetry-picture books): ''The great run'' (''Велика трка'') and ''Animals as football players'' (''Звери као футбалери''). In 1954, he finished his studies of literature on the University of Belgrade Faculty of Philology, and then he worked lecturer of children's literature. After eight years, he started working as an editor of children's program on Radio Belgrade, where he stayed until retirement. Grozdana Olujić ( sr-cyr, Гроздана Олујић, 30 August 1934 – 16 March 2019) was a Serbian writer, translator, editor and critic. Her novels and fairy tales collections have been translated in more than 35 languages. Her awards include the Andrić Award, Zmaj Children Games Award, and Bora Stanković Award. Biography Olujić graduated and received a master's degree in English and English literature at the Faculty of Philology of the University of Belgrade.
