Høddvoll Stadion
Høddvoll Stadion is a multi-sports stadium in Ulsteinvik in Ulstein Municipality, Norway. It was the home ground of 2. divisjon side IL Hødd until 2014. It is primary used for football and athletics with its all-weather running track. The stadium is a part of the sports complex consists of the Nye Høddvoll, surrounded by an all-weather running track, a natural grass training pitch and an artificial turf pitch, as well as an indoor hall. Høddvoll has a capacity for 4,433 spectators, of which 2,600 seated. Hødd was established in 1919 and completed the construction of Høddvoll in 1921. The original field had gravel and was located at the site of current training pitch. It went through a series of upgrades, becoming a grass field in 1989. The main stadium at Høddvoll opened in 1963, and was followed by five season in the top football league the following decade, resulting in various upgrades. is a town in Ulstein Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The town is the commercial and administrative centre of the municipality and as such, Ulsteinvik contains 74% of the municipal population. The town has a population (2024) of 6,208 and a population density of . The town of Ulsteinvik is located on the west side of the island of Hareidlandet, about southwest of the city of Ålesund. Color Line Stadion
Color Line Stadion is an association football stadium in Ã…lesund (town), Ã…lesund, Norway, and the home of 1. divisjon side Aalesunds FK. It was inaugurated in April 2005 and cost Norwegian krone, NOK 160 million to build. It is referred to as Aalesund Stadion by UEFA, as naming rights arrangements (in this case, with ferry operator Color Line (ferry operator), Color Line) is not included during UEFA competitions. It was the first top-level stadium in Norway to feature artificial turf, which was at the time a highly debated issue. When Aalesund opened the stadium, businessman Olav Nils Sunde donated a statue to the club, which was erected in front of the stadium. 2012 Norwegian Football Cup Final
The 2012 Norwegian Football Cup final was the 107th final of the Norwegian Football Cup. The final was contested by Hødd and Tromsø and took place on 25 November 2012 at Ullevaal Stadion in Oslo, in front of a crowd of 24,217. This was Tromsø's third final, and they had won the two previous finals in 1986 and 1996, while the Norwegian First Division side Hødd played their first final ever. Hødd, who entered the final as underdogs, won the final after penalties and became the first second-tier side to win the Norwegian Cup in 15 years, since Vålerenga won in 1997. The 2012 Norwegian Football Cup was the 107th season of the Norwegian annual knockout football tournament. It began with qualification matches in April 2012. The first round was played on 1 May 2012 and the tournament ended with the final on 25 November 2012. Aalesund was the defending champions, having beaten Brann 2–1 in last season's final, but was eliminated by Sandefjord in the fourth round. Tippeligaen
Eliteserien () is a professional association football league in Norway and the highest level of the Norwegian football league system. Contested by 16 clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Norwegian First Division. Seasons run from March to November with each team playing 30 matches (playing each other home and away). Most games are played on Sunday evenings. Eliteserien was founded in 1937 as Norgesserien (), and the first season was the 1937–38 season.
