Hélène Alarie (6 June 1941 – 26 October 2023) was a Canadian politician who was a member of the House of Commons from 1997 to 2000. By career, she had work in teaching, government and agriculture. Born in Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatière, Quebec, she was elected in the Louis-Hébert electoral district under the Bloc Québécois party in the 1997 general election, serving in the 36th Canadian Parliament The 36th Canadian Parliament was in session from September 22, 1997, until October 22, 2000.
