Heathwood is an outer south-western suburb in the City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. In the , Heathwood had a population of 2,794 people. Geography Heathwood is by road southwest of the Brisbane GPO. It is relatively small in area but marked by brand new big houses. The Logan Motorway passes through the suburb from west ( Forest Lake) to east ( Larapinta). It divides the suburb into two distinct areas, the northern part which is residential and the southern part which is industrial in the south and south-western parts and undeveloped in the south-eastern part. Heathwood is bounded to the north-east by Portree Crescent, Blunder Road, and Wadeville Street, to the south-west by Oxley Creek, to the south by Johnson Road, and to the west by Old Blunder Road. The Oxley Creek ( Yagara: ''Benarrawa'') is a creek that is a tributary of the Brisbane River, located in suburban Brisbane in the South East region of Queensland, Australia. Rising in the low hills in Scenic Rim Region, water from the large catchment area flows into Oxley Creek as it flows through the western parts of Logan City and into Brisbane. At , the Oxley Creek is Brisbane's longest creek and the only sand-based one in the city. Richlands Railway Station
Richlands railway station is located on the Springfield line in Queensland, Australia. It serves the Brisbane suburb of Richlands. History Richlands opened on 17 January 2011 as the terminus of what was then the Richlands Line. The line has since been extended to Springfield Central. The station multi-storey car park has 650 car parking spaces for vehicles. Construction and opening Construction started on the station on 1 July 2008. The planning included about 650 car parks, a bus interchange, bicycle lockers and a drop-off area. The Ipswich Motorway (M7) is a major road that connects Brisbane and Ipswich in South East Queensland, Australia. It commences at the junction of Ipswich Road and Granard Road and proceeds through to the M2 Logan Motorway interchange. It is then signed M2 until the junction of the Warrego Highway and the Cunningham Highway It initially passes through the suburbs of Rocklea, Oxley and Darra in south west Brisbane before reaching the eastern suburbs of Ipswich such as Redbank Plains, Goodna and Riverview. Centenary Highway
The M5 (Centenary Motorway) is a motorway in the western suburbs of Brisbane, Australia. It starts as a two-lane arterial road at Yamanto, travelling to Springfield, where it becomes a two-lane highway and travels across the M2 Logan Motorway at Ellen Grove (formerly Metroad 4 / M4) and ends at Kenmore where it changes its name to the M5 Western Freeway. It features eight interchanges, the major ones being with the M7 Ipswich Motorway (formerly Metroad 2 / M2) in Darra and another at Sinnamon Park.
