Hampton Slukynsky
Hampton Slukynsky (born July 2, 2005) is an American college ice hockey goaltender for Western Michigan University of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Playing career Slukynsky played high school hockey at Warroad High School, posting a stellar 54-5-2 record, and taking his team to the state championship in his junior and senior year. After graduating from high school, Slukynsky was drafted in the fourth round, 118th overall, by the Los Angeles Kings in the 2023 NHL entry draft. Junior Slukynsky played junior ice hockey for the Fargo Force of the United States Hockey League (USHL). During the 2023–24 season, he appeared in 33 games, and posted a 28–3–0 record, with a 1.86 goals against average (GAA) and a .923 save percentage during the regular season. During the playoffs, he posted a 9–3–0 with a 1.96 GAA and .931 save percentage and helped the Force win the Clark Cup. United States Men's National Junior Ice Hockey Team
The United States men's national junior ice hockey team represents the United States at the IIHF World Junior Championship. The team has won seven times World Junior Championships (2004, 2010, 2013, 2017, 2021, 2024, 2025). Many NHL prospects, including John Carlson, Jack Eichel, Auston Matthews, Patrick Kane, Zach Parise, Adam Fox and Matthew Tkachuk, played on the national junior team. 2025 NCAA Division I Men's Ice Hockey Tournament
The 2025 NCAA Division I Men's Ice Hockey Tournament was the national championship tournament for National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) men's Division I college ice hockey in the United States. Held from March 27 to April 12, 2025, the tournament involved 16 teams in single-elimination play to determine the national champion for the top level of play. Western Michigan won their first national championship in program history. This year's tournament was the first since 2019 to feature multiple programs, Connecticut and Bentley, making their first appearance in the NCAA playoffs. List Of All-NCHC Teams
The All-NCHC Teams are composed of players at all positions from teams that are members of the National Collegiate Hockey Conference, an NCAA Division I hockey-only conference. Hartford Wolf Pack
The Hartford Wolf Pack are a professional ice hockey team based in Hartford, Connecticut. A member of the American Hockey League (AHL), they play their home games at the PeoplesBank Arena. The team was established in 1926 as the Providence Reds. After a series of relocations, the team moved to Hartford in 1997 as the Hartford Wolf Pack. Grant Potulny
Grant Martin Potulny (born March 4, 1980) is an American former professional ice hockey player and coach who is currently the head coach of the Hartford Wolf Pack of the American Hockey League as of 2024. He was previously the head coach of the Northern Michigan Wildcats men's ice hockey team from 2017 to 2024. Potulny was selected by the Ottawa Senators in the 5th round (157th overall) of the 2000 NHL Entry Draft. Playing career Potulny played two seasons in the United States Hockey League with the Lincoln Stars, leading his team to win the 1999–2000 Anderson Cup as the team's Most Valuable Player.
