Hampstead Gardens is a north-eastern suburb of Adelaide, in the City of Port Adelaide Enfield. Triangular in shape, it is bounded by Muller Road to the north, which meets North East Road which is the boundary to the south and east and then Ways Road which is its western boundary. The suburb contains many post World War II character homes on large blocks, predominantly on Ways Road and on the North East Road portion of the suburb. A trademark of the suburb are the many streets lined with Jacaranda trees. City Of Port Adelaide Enfield
The City of Port Adelaide Enfield, located across inner north and north-western suburbs of Adelaide, is one of the largest metropolitan councils within South Australia. It was established on 26 March 1996 by the amalgamation of the City of Port Adelaide and the City of Enfield. Greenacres is a north eastern suburb of Adelaide, South Australia in the City of Port Adelaide Enfield. It is considered to be an inner suburb of greater Adelaide. Klemzig, South Australia
Klemzig is a suburb of Adelaide in the City of Port Adelaide Enfield. It was the first settlement of German immigrants in Australia and was named after the village of Klemzig in what was then German Prussia and is now Klępsk in western Poland. Background The initial establishment of Klemzig as an Old Lutheran settlement in the South Australian Colony is attributed to a decision by Pastor August Ludwig Christian Kavel. Pastor Kavel was determined to help his loyal parishioners emigrate from Brandenburg, Posen and Silesia to escape religious persecution by King Friedrich Wilhelm III of Prussia. Vale Park is a suburb of Adelaide in the Town of Walkerville, Australia. It is located northeast of the Adelaide city centre between North East Road and the River Torrens, astride Ascot Avenue, part of the A17 highway which is the eastern ring route bypass of Adelaide. Vale Park was originally a private subdivision named after Vale House, the home of Philip Levi, a pastoral pioneer.
