Green Point is a south-eastern suburb of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia between Erina and Kincumber accessed by a main road, Avoca Drive.Green Point has a natural border of Nunn's Creek between it and Erina.It is part of the local government area. Yattalunga is a south-eastern suburb of the Central Coast region of New South Wales, Australia. It is located approximately six kilometres south-east of the city of Gosford and is part of the local government area. In the , Yattalunga had a population of 580 people. History In January 1994, a study was conducted on the area's drainage "to determine future land uses in consideration of the sensitive local environment". The report concluded that a number of constraints may limit development of the land, such as flooding. However, the report did state some areas where residential lots would be viable. Mulholland's Farm is a heritage-listed residence at 9 Pixie Avenue, Green Point, New South Wales, Green Point, Central Coast Council (New South Wales), Central Coast, New South Wales, Australia. It was built in 1907. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999. History The property known as Mulholland's Farm is situated in an area of two Crown land grants made in the late 1830s. The history of the land tenure is therefore complex, but does provide clear evidence for the forming of Mulholland's farm. Green Point Foreshore and Structures is a heritage-listed conservation site at 9 Pixie Avenue, Green Point, Central Coast, New South Wales, Australia. It includes the jetty, boatshed, well, and all foreshore land associated with Mulholland's Farm. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 9 June 2000.
