The Greek men's under-19 national basketball team (Greek youth national basketball team), () is the representative for Greece in men's international youth basketball competitions, and it is organized and run by the Hellenic Basketball Federation. The Greek men's under-19 national basketball team represents Greece at the FIBA Under-19 World Cup. Giannis Kastritis
Ioannis Kastritis (alternate spelling: Giannis) (Greek: Ιωάννης Καστρίτης; born April 4, 1982) is a Greek former basketball player and professional basketball coach. He is the current head coach for Pallacanestro Varese of the Lega Basket Serie A (LBA). Coaching career Clubs Kastritis played basketball with G.S. Arkadias, Arkadikos and Panachaiki before starting his basketball coaching career as an assistant in Apoloniada. He was the assistant coach of Yannis Christopoulos at Olympiada Patras, in the 2006–07 and 2007–08 seasons. From 2009 to 2012, he was the assistant coach in Arkadikos. In 2012, he became the head coach of the club. With Arkadikos, he won a league promotion to the Greek Basket League, after finishing 2nd in the 2014–15 Greek A2 Basket League season. The 1991 FIBA Under-19 World Championship (French: Championnat du monde des moins de 19 ans 1991 de la FIBA) was the 4th edition of the FIBA U19 World Championship. It was held in Edmonton, Canada from 26 July to 4 August 1991. The United States won their third championship in the tournament, after beating Italy in overtime 90–85 in the final. The 2025 FIBA Under-19 Basketball World Cup is the 17th edition of the FIBA Under-19 Basketball World Cup, the biennial international men's youth basketball championship contested by the U19 national teams of the member associations of FIBA.
