2007 FIBA Under-19 World Championship
The 2007 FIBA Under-19 World Championship (Serbian: Светско првенство до 19 година ФИБА до 19 година) was the 8th edition of the FIBA U19 World Championship. It was held in Novi Sad, Serbia from 12 to 22 July 2007. The host nation won the tournament after beating the United States 74–69 in the final. Milan Mačvan was named the tournament MVP. Novi Sad ( sr-Cyrl, Нови Сад, ; #Name, see below for other names) is the List of cities in Serbia, second largest city in Serbia and the capital of the autonomous province of Vojvodina. Edwin Jackson (basketball)
Edwin Jackson (born September 18, 1989) is a French professional basketball player for LDLC ASVEL of the French LNB Pro A and the EuroLeague. Standing at , he plays at the shooting guard position. Professional career Jackson played with ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne's youth team as a junior. He made thirty appearances for the club's senior team in the 2007–08 season, his first full season with the club. He was later loaned to Pro-B team JSF Nanterre for the 2008–09 season and Pro-A team SPO Rouen Basket for the 2009–10 season. In the 2009–10 season, he averaged 10.7 points, 3 rebounds, and 1 steal per game. He was selected to the French League All-Star Game as a result of his performance. He returned to ASVEL in 2010. Jackson initially declared as an early-entry candidate for the 2010 NBA draft before withdrawing his name from consideration. Argostoli
Argostoli (, Katharevousa: ) is a town and a municipality on the island of Kefalonia, Ionian Islands (region), Ionian Islands, Greece. Since the 2019 local government reform it is one of the three municipalities on the island.
