František Musil
František Musil (born December 17, 1964), more commonly known in North America as Frank Musil, is a Czech former professional ice hockey player who spent several seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the Minnesota North Stars, Calgary Flames, Ottawa Senators, and Edmonton Oilers. Musil is currently an amateur scout for the Sabres and assistant coach for the Czech national ice hockey team. Playing career Musil was selected in the second round of the 1983 NHL Entry Draft, 38th overall, by the Minnesota North Stars. He played on 1985 Gold Medal winning IIHF Men's World Championships for Czechoslovakia. In addition to playing in various professional European leagues, Musil played 797 games in the NHL, for Minnesota as well as the Calgary Flames, Ottawa Senators and Edmonton Oilers. Defenceman
Defence or defense (in American English) in ice hockey is a player position that is primarily responsible for preventing the opposing team from Goal (ice hockey), scoring. They are often referred to as defencemen, D, D-men or blueliners (the latter a reference to the blue line in ice hockey which represents the boundary of the offensive zone; defencemen generally position themselves along the line to keep the puck in the zone). Volleyball
Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since Tokyo 1964. Beach volleyball was introduced to the program at the Atlanta 1996 Summer Olympics. David Musil
David Musil (born April 9, 1993) is a Canadian born-Czech ice hockey player who is currently playing under contract to HC Dynamo Pardubice in the Czech Extraliga (ELH). He was a second-round selection of the Edmonton Oilers in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft. SKA Saint Petersburg picked Musil in the first round, 12th overall of the 2010 KHL Junior Draft. He played junior hockey in the Western Hockey League for the Vancouver Giants and the Edmonton Oil Kings. Musil was born in Canada, and raised in the Czech Republic. Bobby Holík
Robert Holík (born January 1, 1971) is a Czech-American former professional ice hockey center who played 18 seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL). Holík is the son of Jaroslav Holík, a Czechoslovak ice hockey world champion in 1972 and Czech national team head coach who led the under-20 team to world titles in 2000 and 2001. Holík is the current head coach of the Israel men's national ice hockey team. Playing career Holík began his NHL career playing for the Hartford Whalers in 1990 after being selected tenth overall by them in the 1989 NHL Entry Draft. Andrea Holíková
Andrea Holíková (born 15 January 1968) is a former Czechoslovak tennis player. She comes from the family of successful hockey players – she is the daughter Jaroslav Holík, the elder sister of Bobby Holík, and the niece of Jiří Holík. Holíková is married to former hockey player František "Frank" Musil. Holíková was a very successful junior player. In 1985, she won the Wimbledon Championships and reached the final of the US Open. In doubles, Holíková and Radka Zrubáková were the finalists of the French Open, but collected the US Open title. Holíková's professional career was by far less successful.
