Euroa railway station is located on the North East line in Victoria, Australia. It serves the town of Euroa, and it opened on 20 March 1873.Euroa Vicsig History Euroa was opened with the line in 1873, with the first permanent station building erected in 1878. Public Transport Victoria
Public Transport Victoria (PTV) is the brand name for public transport in the Australian state of Victoria. It was the trading name of the Go Public Transport Development Authority (PTDA), a now-defunct statutory authority in Victoria, responsible for providing, coordinating, and promoting public transport. The PTV began operating on 2 April 2012, taking over many of the responsibilities previously exercised by the Director of Public Transport and the Department of Transport. It also took over the marketing of public transport in Victoria from Metlink and Viclink, as well as responsibility for the myki ticketing system, formerly handled by the Transport Ticketing Authority. Albury Railway Station
Albury railway station is a heritage-listed railway station at Railway Place, Albury, New South Wales, Australia, adjacent to the border with Victoria, in Australia. Albury V/Line Rail Service
The Albury line is a regional passenger rail service operated by V/Line in Victoria, Australia. It serves passengers between state capital Melbourne and the regional cities of Benalla, Wangaratta, Wodonga, and the NSW border city of Albury. History After February 2008, train services on the line terminated at Wangaratta station, with road coaches operating from Wangaratta to Albury. This was due to the deteriorating track conditions between Seymour and Albury which were resulting in train speeds being reduced from , and trains not being able to make the return journey in the timetabled period. A side platform (also known as a marginal platform or a single-face platform) is a platform positioned to the side of one or more railway tracks or guideways at a railway station, tram stop, or transitway. Longwood Railway Station
Longwood is a closed station located in the town of Longwood, on the North East line, in Victoria, Australia. The station had a single platform on the east side of the former broad gauge line, with the standard gauge line running behind, in a deep cutting, with a pedestrian overpass providing station access. A former passing loop, with the same name, was located nearby. The station opened on 20 November 1872, as the temporary northern terminus of the line.
