Deportivo Mictlán
Deportivo Mictlán is a Guatemalan football club. They play in the Primera División, The second tier of Guatemalan football. Nicknamed ''Los Conejos'' (the Rabbits) and are based in Asunción Mita, Jutiapa. Their home stadium is ''Estadio La Asunción'', which holds 3,000. History Mictlán was promoted for the first time in 1992 when they bought the license that ''Galcasa'' from Villa Nueva left in the top division. In 2006 Mictlán achieved their second promotion to the Liga Nacional when they defeated Xinabajul in Primera División de Ascenso extra match, playing the 2006–07 season in ''Liga Nacional'' for the first time since 1996. They would be back in the Second Division soon again after finishing last in the overall standings, thus being automatically demoted and stay there through the 2009–10 season. The Primera División de Ascenso is the second highest level of football in Guatemala. Formerly, it was known as ''Liga Mayor "B"''. Jutiapa (department)
Jutiapa Department is a Departments of Guatemala, department of Guatemala that borders along El Salvador and the Pacific Ocean. The capital is the city of Jutiapa. As of 2018, it has a population of 488,395. The department is divided into seventeen municipalities. Jutiapa is the country's southeasternmost department and officially the only department with no Mayan descendants native to the region. The main crops are sorghum, tobacco, onion and maize, corn.
