César Atahualpa Rodríguez
César "Atahualpa" Rodriguez Olcay (August 26, 1889 – March 12, 1972) was a Peruvian poet; a self taught, cultural writer. Born César Augusto Rodríguez Olcay in Arequipa, he took the pseudonym, "Atahualpa", after the Arequipan poet :es:Percy Gibson Möller, Percy Gibson. During the period of 1908–1913, he spent a lot of time with José María Eguren, Manuel González Prada and Abraham Valdelomar, writers of stature who praised his work and considered him "la nueva expresión de la lírica nacional”- the new expression of the national lyric. At the end of 1916, along with Percy Gibson, Rodriguez founded the group "El Aquelarre" and published four issues of a magazine which bore the same name, initiatives that were an incentive for Arequipa intellectual life. César Rodríguez González (2 February 1894 – 15 August 1962) was a Spanish socialist journalist and politician. Life and career Born in A Coruña, Galicia as the son of fellow socialist and communist Virginia González Polo, he was the editor of Madrid-based newspapers ''España Nueva'', ''Informaciones'' and '' El Socialista''. He was a member of the Socialist Youth of Spain (JSE), and rose to a secretarial role in the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE) from 1920 to 1921. Cesar Antonio Rodriguez is a former United States Air Force (USAF) officer and pilot who served from 1981 to 2006. With three air-to-air combat victories, he joined USAF pilots Thomas Dietz, Robert Hehemann and Robert Wright as the closest to becoming a flying ace of any U.S. pilot since the Vietnam War. Rodriguez scored his kills in an F-15 Eagle - the first two kills in 1991, during the first Gulf War, against a Mikoyan MiG-29 and a Mikoyan MiG-23 of the Iraqi Air Force, and his third kill came against a MiG-29 of the Yugoslav air force during the 1999 NATO bombing of Yugoslavia. Caesar Rodriguez is an artist who has worked as a colorist in the comics industry. Biography Rodriguez has been a regular comics reader since he was four years old. In 1989, he opened a comic and magazine shop in Los Angeles. There he met several artists and was doing work painting, creating graphics, sculpture, etc. in a studio in the store. One of these artists included J. D. Smith, a freelance artist who later got work with Dark Horse Comics on their Dracula series. His first published work was as a penciller for Click Comics, where he worked with Joe Casey on ''The Chosen''. Shortly thereafter, he was working with J. D.
