Châu Thành is a Districts of Vietnam, rural district (''huyện'') of Đồng Tháp province in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. As of 2003 the district had a population of 161,413. Regions Of Vietnam
The Vietnamese government often groups the various provinces and municipalities into three regions: Northern Vietnam, Central Vietnam, and Southern Vietnam.
