Arnaldo Cézar Coelho
Arnaldo David Cézar Coelho (born 15 January 1943) is a former football referee. He was the first Brazilian, indeed the first non-European, to take charge of the FIFA World Cup final when he officiated in the 1982 final between Italy and West Germany. Coelho's career began as a beach soccer referee; he became professional in 1965 (at one time, famously, telling reporters that he was the highest paid match official in the world) and was appointed to the international list in 1968. He was selected for both the 1978 and 1982 FIFA World Cups. In total he officiated in seven matches during the World Cup finals, three as a referee (the mentioned final from 1982 included). Philip Dudley Cezar (born December 1, 1952) is a Filipino former basketball coach, player and politician. Known by the monikers "Mr. Stretch", "''Tapal'' King" and "The Scholar", he was part of the fabled Crispa Redmanizers ballclub of the Philippine Basketball Association that won two Grand Slams in 1976 and 1983. Cezar Petrescu
Cezar Petrescu (; December 1, 1892–March 9, 1961) was a Romanian journalist, novelist, and children's literature, children's writer. He was born in Cotnari, Hodora, Iași County, the son of Dimitrie Petrescu, an engineer and a teacher. After attending elementary school in his native village, he pursued his studies at high schools in Roman-Vodă National College, Roman and Iași. From 1911 he attended the Faculty of Law at the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, University of Iași, graduating in 1915. Petrescu was inspired by the works of Honoré de Balzac, attempting to write a Romanian Literature cycle, novel cycle that would mirror Balzac's ''La Comédie humaine''. Cezar Papacostea (1886–July 6, 1936) was an ethnic Aromanian classicist and translator living in Romania. He was born in Malovišta (''Mulovishti''), a village in the Ottoman Empire's Manastir Vilayet that today forms part of North Macedonia's Bitola Municipality. His parents were Teofana (''née'' Tonu) and Gușu Papacostea-Goga, both Aromanians and schoolteachers. The family was deeply cultured, and his several brothers pursued distinguished careers: Alexandru became a professor of political economy at Cernăuți University, Petre was a jurist who held important administrative offices and Victor became a historian and professor of Balkan studies at the University of Bucharest. Florin Cezar Ouatu (; born 18 February 1980), known as Cezar or by the nickname the Voice (), is a Romanian opera countertenor, singer, and pianist. Biography Son of the late flautist and former teacher at Mozarteum University of Salzburg, Florin Ouatu, he was born into a family of musicians in Ploiești. Cezar began playing piano at six years of age. He graduated from the "Carmen Sylva" School of Arts in his hometown and the Milan Conservatory. Çezar Kurti (1935 – 10 December 2013) was an Albanian translator, known for his many contributions to Albanian literature. Biography Çezar Kurti was born in Kavajë, Albania, in 1935. After completing his studies in Russian language and literature, Mr. Kurti worked as an editor/translator for the Albanian Telegraphic Agency. He was appointed professor of Russian at the University of Tirana and became Chairman of the Russian Department there. In 1976, charged with disseminating anticommunist propaganda, professor Kurti was dismissed from the University and was sent to the copper mines of Kurbnesh, in Mirdita.
