Mato Queimado is a Brazilian municipality located in the northwestern part of the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The population is about 1,629 (2020 est.) in an area of 114.64 km². Guarani das Missões is a municipality in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Guarani das Missões calls itself the ''Polish Capital of Rio Grande do Sul'' because it was settled primarily by Polish immigrants, starting over one century ago.
