Bình Liêu () is a huyện, rural district of Quảng Ninh province in the Northeast (Vietnam), northeastern region of Vietnam. As of 2003 the district had a population of 26,077. Chongzuo
Chongzuo (; ) is a prefecture-level city in the south of Guangxi, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region near the Sino-Vietnamese border. It is home to one of China's largest Zhuang people, Zhuang populations. Geography and climate Chongzuo is located in southwestern Guangxi, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It borders Nanning to the east, Baise to the north, Fangchenggang to the south and Lạng Sơn Province, Lạng Sơn, Vietnam to the west.
