Bálint Szabó (born 18 January 2001) is a Hungarian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Liga I club Csíkszereda. Club career On 16 February 2023, Szabó joined Antalyaspor in Turkey on loan until the end of the season, with an option to buy. Paksi FC
Paksi FC (''Paks''; ) is a Hungarian professional football club based in Paks. Since its founding in 1952, it has played at either a county or national level. In 2006, it ascended to '' Borsodi Liga'', or NB I, the top division in Hungarian football, for the first time. It plays its home games at Fehérvári úti Stadion. The team colors are green and white. Puskás Aréna () is a Soccer-specific stadium, football stadium in the Zugló, 14th district (Zugló) of Budapest, Hungary. The stadium's construction started in 2017 and was finished before the end of 2019. It is an all-seater with a capacity of 67,215. The Hungarian Football Federation meets all UEFA and FIFA stadium requirements, and was awarded 4-stars by the UEFA. The NB II, currently known as the Merkantil Bank Liga for sponsorship reasons, is the second tier of Hungarian football. At the end of the 2004–05 season, the tournament format was changed from one division of 14 teams to two divisions: ''Keleti'' (Eastern) and ''Nyugati'' (Western), each with 16 teams, though now it's just one league table with 16 teams as of the 2024–25 season. The champion and the runner-up will ascend to the first division while the two lowest teams in NB II are relegated to NB III. The 2019–20 Nemzeti Bajnokság II (also known as 2019–20 Merkantil Bank Liga) is Hungary's 69th season of the Nemzeti Bajnokság II, the second tier of the Hungarian football league system. On 29 July 2019, it was announced that Balmazújváros did not receive license from the Hungarian Football Federation. On 29 August 2019 it was confirmed that Balmazújváros's license was suspended. The Nemzeti Bajnokság (, ), also known as NB I or Fizz Liga after its title sponsor, OTP Bank's webshop subsidiary, is a professional association football league in Hungary and the highest level of the Hungarian football league system. Twelve teams compete in the league, playing each other three times, once at home, once away, and the third match is played at the stadium that the last match was not played at. At the end of the season, the top team enters the qualification rounds for the UEFA Champions League, while the runner-up and the third place, together with the winner of the Magyar Kupa enter the UEFA Conference League qualification rounds. The 2019–20 Nemzeti Bajnokság III is Hungary's third-level football competition. The championship was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The winners of the season were Érdi VSE, Pécsi MFC and Debreceni EAC. Pecs and Debreceni EAC were promoted. However, Érd could not meet the requirements of the Nemzeti Bajnokság II. Therefore, the second team, III. Kerületi TVE, were promoted. On 11 July 2018, the three groups of the new season was finalised. On 4 May 2020 season was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
