Bogdan Karaičić
Bogdan Karaičić ( sr-cyr, Богдан Караичић; born 31 July 1984) is a Serbian professional basketball coach. He is currently the head coach of the Armenia national team and an assistant coach for Partizan of the Serbian League (KLS), the ABA League and the EuroLeague. Coaching career Bogdan Karaičić started his coaching career back in 2004 in Hungary where he worked as a youth coach in several clubs. He was one of the founder of Szentendrei Kosárlabda SE. During his youth coaching Karaičić won several medals in youth competitions. Karaičić joined the Danish club Hørsholm 79ers in 2009 and first served as a coach in their youth system. With U18 team Karaičić won 2nd place in Danish League and in international Scania Cup which is international basketball championship for all youth teams from Nordic countries. The Basketball League of Serbia (), commonly abbreviated as KLS, is a Serbian basketball league system, top-tier men's professional basketball Sports league, league in Serbia. Founded in 2006. It is currently not run by the Basketball Federation of Serbia (KSS). The Russian Basketball Cup is the primary professional national domestic basketball cup competition of Russia. History After the cease of the USSR Basketball Cup in 1987, the Russian Federation did not launch any Cup competition in the following years despite the fact that the Russian Basketball Super League 1 had started in 1992. The first cup tournament took place in the year 2000 with the Final Four being hosted at Sochi. It was not held in the following two seasons, but it returned in 2002. The VTB United League () is an international professional men's club basketball league that was founded in 2009.
