Bińcze
Bińcze is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Czarne, within Człuchów County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately east of Czarne, west of Człuchów, and south-west of the regional capital Gdańsk. __NOTOC__ Gmina Czarne is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Człuchów County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the town of Czarne, which lies approximately west of Człuchów and south-west of the regional capital Gdańsk. The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2022 its total population is 8,333 (out of which the population of Czarne amounts to 5,368, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 2,965). Człuchów
Człuchów (, ''Człochòwo'', or ''Człëchòwò''; ) is a town in the region of Gdańsk Pomerania, northern Poland, with 13,350 inhabitants as of December 2021. It is the capital of Człuchów County in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. Location Człuchów lies in a forested area in the southwest of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, at the intersection of Highway 25 from Koszalin to Bydgoszcz and Highway 22 from Gorzów Wielkopolski to Elbląg. The nearest city is Chojnice, to the east. There are four lakes within the town limits: Urzędowe, Miejskie, Miejskie Małe, Rychnowskie. History Of Pomerania
The history of Pomerania starts shortly before 1000 AD, with ongoing conquests by newly arrived Polans (western), Polan rulers. Before that, the area was recorded nearly 2000 years ago as Germania, and in modern times Pomerania has been split between Germany and Poland. Its name comes from the Old Polish language, Old Polish ''po more'', which means "(land) at the sea". Settlement in the area started by the end of the Vistula Glacial Stage, about 13,000 years ago.
