Berkay Özcan
Berkay Özcan (born 15 February 1998) is a Turkish professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder for Turkish Süper Lig club Çaykur Rizespor on loan from İstanbul Başakşehir. Club career VfB Stuttgart On 6 November 2015, Özcan extended his contract with VfB Stuttgart until June 2019. He made his debut for the first team of VfB Stuttgart on 8 August 2016 against FC St. Pauli. He finished the 2016–17 season with three goals in 23 appearances. On 3 December 2017 Özcan signed a new four-year-contract, keeping him at VfB Stuttgart until June 2021. He finished the 2017–18 season with a goal in 20 appearances. Hamburger SV On 25 January 2019, Özcan joined Hamburger SV on a four-and-half-year-deal. The 2016–17 VfB Stuttgart season is the 124th season and the first season since being Promotion and relegation, relegated from the Bundesliga during the 2015–16 Bundesliga, 2015–16 season. The 2019–20 Süper Lig, officially called the Süper Lig Cemil Usta season, was the 62nd season of the Süper Lig, the highest tier football league of Turkey. The season was named after Cemil Usta, a former Turkey national team player and Trabzonspor legend. Galatasaray were the defending champions. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, The Ministry of Youth and Sports announced on 12 March 2020 that matches would be played behind closed doors until the end of April, before indefinitely suspending matches altogether on 19 March. After a hiatus of nearly three months, the season resumed behind closed doors on 12 June 2020, with eight rounds still to play. VfB Stuttgart II is a German Association football, football team located in Stuttgart, currently playing in the 3. Liga. They are the German reserve football teams, reserve team of VfB Stuttgart. Until 2005 the team played under the name of VfB Stuttgart Amateure. History VfB Stuttgart Amateure first made an appearance at the highest level of local amateur football, the third division Amateurliga Württemberg, in 1959–60, winning the league.
