Alfie Boe
Alfred Giovanni Roncalli Boe (born 29 September 1973) is an English tenor and actor, notably performing in musical theatre. He is best known for his performances as Jean Valjean in the musical ''Les Misérables'' at the Queen's Theatre in London, the '' 25th Anniversary Concert'', the 2014 Broadway revival and the '' All-Star Staged Concert''. He played the lead role in '' Finding Neverland'' on Broadway beginning 29 March 2016. As well, Boe shared a Tony Award with the other members of the ensemble cast of Baz Luhrmann's 2002 revival of ''La bohème'' in 2003. He has sold more than one million albums in the United Kingdom. One of his most recent performances include Together in Vegas (with Michael Ball). On October 2022 he announced that he would be doing a solo tour in 2023. The Queen's Birthday Party
The Queen's Birthday Party was a music concert held at the Royal Albert Hall in London on 21 April 2018 to celebrate the 92nd birthday of Queen Elizabeth II. Organised by the Royal Commonwealth Society, the event coincided with the end of the 2018 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting, which had taken place in the United Kingdom during the previous week. The concert was presented by radio and television presenter Zoë Ball and featured contemporary artists, as well as those from the worlds of classical music and jazz, all of whom are from countries that belong to the Commonwealth of Nations. Artists included Tom Jones, Kylie Minogue, Sting, Shaggy, Shawn Mendes, Anne-Marie, The George Formby Society and Ladysmith Black Mambazo. ''Finding Neverland'' is a musical with music and lyrics by Gary Barlow and Eliot Kennedy and a book by James Graham (playwright), James Graham adapted from the 1998 play ''The Man Who Was Peter Pan'' by Allan Knee and its 2004 film version ''Finding Neverland (film), Finding Neverland''. Richard Tauber (16 May 1891 – 8 January 1948) was an Austrian tenor and film actor. Early life Richard Tauber was born in Linz, Austria, to Elisabeth Seifferth (née Denemy), a widow and an actress who played soubrette roles at the local theatre, and Richard Anton Tauber, an actor; his parents were not married and his father was reportedly unaware of the birth as he was touring North America at the time. Pope John XXIII ( la, Ioannes XXIII; it, Giovanni XXIII; born Angelo Giuseppe Roncalli, ; 25 November 18813 June 1963) was head of the Catholic Church and sovereign of the Vatican City State from 28 October 1958 until his death in June 1963. Angelo Giuseppe Roncalli was one of thirteen children born to Marianna Mazzola and Giovanni Battista Roncalli in a family of sharecroppers who lived in Sotto il Monte, a village in the province of Bergamo, Lombardy.
