Abdullah Avcı
Abdullah Mucib Avcı (; born 31 July 1963) is a UEFA Pro Licensed Turkish football manager and a former professional footballer. He is the former manager of Trabzonspor. He has also managed the Turkey national team. Avcı's coaching career began at İstanbulspor in 1999 as assistant coach before a spell as Galatasaray youth academy chief. Later, in October 2004, he became the head coach of the Turkey under-17 national football team. After leaving his position with the national teams in 2006, Avcı started working as a coach at İstanbul Başakşehir. He coached İstanbul Başakşehir until 2011 when he became the head coach of the national team. Between 2011 and 2013, Avcı coached the national team before returning to lead İstanbul Başakşehir again in 2014. Bengisu Avcı (born 1996) is a Turkish swimmer specializing in open water swimming. She is holder of the ''Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming''. As of February 2024, she completed four of the Oceans Seven swims. Sport career Avcı started her swimming career at age six in the Ege University Swim Club. In 2011, she was admitted to the national team, where she was a member until 2015. She switched over to marathon swimming with the recommendation of her coach in the Ege University Swim Club in 2013. In the beginning, she competed in the 3K and 5K, later in the 7.5K and 10K distances. She works as a swimming coach. In 2016, she swam within a Turkish group the distance from Naples to Capri Island in the Tyrrhenian Sea in Italy. Mustafa Koray Avcı (; born 19 May 1978) is a Turkish former footballer. Career Avcı was trained in the youth team of Kocaelispor and moved to Çaykur Rizespor. After five years in Rizespor, he was transferred to Beşiktaş by manager Rıza Çalımbay at the beginning of 2005. He has transferred to Manisaspor as part of a deal by two clubs to bring Filip Hološko to Beşiktaş. Mehmed Avci
Mehmed IV (; ; 2 January 1642 – 6 January 1693), nicknamed as Mehmed the Hunter (), was the sultan of the Ottoman Empire from 1648 to 1687. He came to the throne at the age of six after his father was overthrown in a coup. Mehmed went on to become the second-longest-reigning sultan in Ottoman history after Suleiman the Magnificent. While the initial and final years of his reign were characterized by military defeat and political instability, during his middle years he oversaw the revival of the empire's fortunes associated with the Köprülü era. Nabi Avcı (born 8 October 1953, in Demirköy, Pazaryeri, Bilecik, Turkey) is a Turkish academic, writer and politician who was formerly chief advisor to the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Serdar Avcı (born 1 July 1985) is a Turkish boxer, who competed as amateur in the bantamweight (54 kg) and as professional in the heavyweight disciplines.
