Koray Avcı (footballer)
Mustafa Koray Avcı (; born 19 May 1978) is a Turkish former footballer. Career Avcı was trained in the youth team of Kocaelispor and moved to Çaykur Rizespor. After five years in Rizespor, he was transferred to Beşiktaş by manager Rıza Çalımbay at the beginning of 2005. He has transferred to Manisaspor as part of a deal by two clubs to bring Filip Hološko to Beşiktaş. Avcı's stay at Manisaspor was short lived however, as he transferred to Gençlerbirliği in July 2008. In August 2009, he was moved to Kasımpaşa S.K. Çaykur Rizespor Footballers
Çaykur is a Turkish state-owned tea-producing company. Their portfolio includes Iced tea, ice tea, green tea, organic and Tea, black tea. Çaykur has 45 tea processing factories, and one packaging factory. The general manager of Çaykur is Yusuf Ziya Alim. Tea production was also supported by the Republic of Turkey in the following years. The first tea crop was harvested in 1938 and the first tea factory was established in 1947. Since 1963, domestic production has replaced imports in meeting Turkey's tea consumption. Tea production activities were carried out by the State Agricultural Enterprises until 1948, and in cooperation with the General Directorate of Tekel and the Ministry of Agriculture between 1949 and 1973. The 2006 Turkish Super Cup ( Turkish: ''TFF Süper Kupa 2006'') was a football match between 2005–06 Süper Lig champions Galatasaray, and the 2005–06 Turkish Cup winners Beşiktaş. The match was played in Commerzbank-Arena in Frankfurt, Germany. It was the 34th edition of the Turkish Super Cup, since its establishment as Presidential Cup, and was the first time under the rebranded TFF Süper Kupa name. The Turkish Super Cup, known as Turkcell Super Cup () for sponsorship reasons, is a super cup tournament in Turkish football. Founded in 1966 as a two-team competition, the current version has been contested since 2025 by four teams: the winners and runners-up of the Turkish Cup and Süper Lig. It was originally known as the ''Cumhurbaşkanlığı Kupası'' (Presidential Cup) from 1966 to 1998. No competition was held between 1999 and 2005, although there was a substitute competition played under the name of Atatürk Cup in 2000. The rebranded ''TFF Süper Kupa'' is a curtain raiser for the upcoming footballing season, usually taking place in August. Listed below are the dates and results for the 2006 FIFA World Cup qualification rounds for UEFA teams. A total of 51 teams took part, divided in 8 groups – five groups of six teams each and three groups of seven teams each – competing for 13 places in the World Cup. Germany, the hosts, were already qualified, for a total of 14 European places in the tournament. The qualifying process started on 18 August 2004, over a month after the end of UEFA Euro 2004, and ended on 16 November 2005.
