Ali Öztürk (born 28 July 1986) is a Turkish footballer who last played for Muratpaşa Belediyespor. He has previously played in the Turkish Süper Lig competition for Gençlerbirliği. He was top scorer in the 2004 UEFA Under 19 Championship. The 2004 UEFA European Under-19 Championship was held in Switzerland from 13 to 24 July 2004. Players born after 1 January 1985 can participate in this competition. Balıkesirspor is a Turkish club based in Balıkesir. Established in 1966, the football team played in the Süper Lig after achieving promotion having finished as runners-up of the TFF First League in 2013–14.
