Alfred Bjørlo
Alfred Jens Bjørlo (born 17 December 1972) is a Norwegian politician from Nordfjordeid. Since 2021, he is a representative to the Storting for the Liberal Party. Biography He was born at Bjørlo, about from Nordfjordeid in what was the old Sogn og Fjordane county in western Norway. He attended the University of Bergen during the 1990s. Bjørlo was mayor in the former Eid Municipality from 2011 to 2019 and then he was the mayor of the new Stad Municipality from 2020 to 2021. Eid is a List of former municipalities of Norway, former municipality in the Counties of Norway, county of Sogn og Fjordane, Norway. It was located in the Districts of Norway, traditional district of Nordfjord. The village of Nordfjordeid was the administrative center of the municipality. Sogn Og Fjordane
Sogn og Fjordane (; literally "Parish and the Fjords") was a Counties of Norway, county in western Norway, from 1 January 1919 to 31 December 2019, after it was merged to become part of Vestland county. Bordering previous counties Møre og Romsdal, Oppland, Buskerud, and Hordaland, the county administration was in the village of Hermansverk in Leikanger, Leikanger municipality. The largest town in the county was Førde (town), Førde. Nordfjordeid is the administrative centre of the municipality of Stad, Norway, Stad in Vestland county, western Norway. It is located at the end of the Eidsfjorden, an arm of the main Nordfjorden (Sogn og Fjordane), Nordfjorden, west of the large lake Hornindalsvatnet. The village of Stårheim is located about to the west, the village of Mogrenda is about to the east, and the village of Lote, Norway, Lote is about to the southeast.
