Sultanlar Ligi (''Sultans League''), known for sponsorship reasons as Vodafone Sultanlar Ligi, is the highest professional women's volleyball league in Turkey. It is run by the Turkish Volleyball Federation and began with the 1984–85 season. 14 clubs are currently participating in the league. It is often regarded as the best professional women's volleyball league in the world. Its clubs have obtained significant successes in Europe, European and other international competitions. TRT Spor
TRT 3 is a Turkish television channel. It mostly broadcasts sport events. History TRT 3 started test transmissions on October 2, 1989, as "3. Kanal" or TV3. TV2's reserve transmitters, which were under the jurisdiction of Türk Telekom, were handed over to the new network. TRT 3's transmissions are realized through a time-share with TRT GAP and Turkish Grand National Assembly TV (TBMM TV). The latter started test broadcasts on TRT 3's network on January 10, 1995 and became regular on December 11, 1996. TRT 3's programs mainly consist of sports, education, culture, music and news.
