Karayolları Spor Kulübü
Sultanlar Ligi (''Sultans League''), known for sponsorship reasons as Vodafone Sultanlar Ligi, is the highest professional women's volleyball league in Turkey. It is run by the Turkish Volleyball Federation and began with the 1984–85 season. 14 clubs are currently participating in the league. It is often regarded as the best professional women's volleyball league in the world. Its clubs have obtained significant successes in European and other international competitions. Eczacıbaşı are the most successful club, having won 16 championships so far. It succeeded the former Turkish Women's Volleyball Championship (1956–1984). Turkish Volleyball Federation
The Turkish Volleyball Federation (TVF) (in Turkish language, Turkish: ''Türkiye Voleybol Federasyonu'') is the governing body of volleyball and beach volleyball in Turkey. Formed in 1958, it is based in Ankara. The TVF is a member of the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball, International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) and the Confédération Européenne de Volleyball, European Volleyball Confederation (CEV). Federation's president is Mehmet Akif Ustundag since November 21, 2016. Türk Hava Yolları Women's Volleyball Team is a Turkish women's volleyball team from Istanbul which is owned by Turkish Airlines. This team play their matches at the 7.000-seated TVF Burhan Felek Sport Hall. The club was founded in 1979 but withdrew from volleyball leagues in the 1993–1994 season. In 2016, with Turkish Airlines chairman of the board and executive committee İlker Aycı being elected as the club president, the team returned to the volleyball arena and started its competition in the Turkish Women's Volleyball 2nd League.
