Adão (footballer)
Carlos Manuel Pereira Pinto (born 3 April 1960), commonly known as Adão, is a Portuguese former footballer who played as a central midfielder. Club career Born in Chaves, Vila Real District, Adão started his career with hometown club G.D. Chaves, moving to the Primeira Liga in 1980 with Varzim SC. He appeared in only eight games in his first season, which ended in relegation, but helped with 27 and three goals to an immediate promotion. In summer 1985, Adão joined Vitória de Guimarães. In his second year he played 30 matches as starter and scored twice – including once in 1–0 away win over S.C. Braga in the Minho derby – as his team finished in third position. Adão signed with C.F. Os Belenenses for 1988–89. On 12 October 1988, in that campaign's UEFA Cup, he scored the game's only goal at home against Bayer 04 Leverkusen, as the Lisbon side ousted the title holders 2–0 on aggregate. Cláudio Adão
Cláudio Adalberto Adão, or simply Cláudio Adão (born in Volta Redonda, 2 July 1955), is a former Brazilian Association football, football player. A gifted Forward (association football)#Striker, forward, Adão was the top-scorer of almost every championship he's played. His first professional club was Santos FC, where he arrived in 1972. When Pelé left Santos in 1974, the club predicted a brilliant future ahead for Adão as Pelé's natural replacement. But they couldn't predict Adão would suffer a serious injury that would leave him off of the pitch for several months. Physicians believed Adão's career to be prematurely ended when CR Flamengo, Flamengo's coach (sport), coach, Cláudio Coutinho (who was himself a physical fitness expert) asked his club to sign Adão. Eurípedes Amoreirinha
Eurípedes Daniel Adão Amoreirinha (born 5 August 1984) is a Portuguese former professional footballer who played mainly as a central defender. Club career A product of S.L. Benfica's youth system, Amoreirinha was born in Vila Franca de Xira, Lisbon, and he made his Primeira Liga debut with farm team F.C. Alverca in 2003, then appeared in eight matches with the former in the 2004–05 season as they conquered the national title after 11 years. He finished the campaign on loan at modest G.D. Estoril Praia. After two seasons on loan with C.F. Felipe Barreto Adão (born 26 November 1985) is a Brazilian footballer who currently plays as forward. He made his Brazilian Série A debut in 2006 and earned a contract from Switzerland. Adão Iturrusgarai (born February 18, 1965) is a Brazilian cartoonist and comics artist. Biography Born in Cachoeira do Sul into a family of Basque origin, Iturrusgarai published his first drawing when seventeen years old, at Jornal do Povo, his hometown newspaper. At eighteen, he moved to Porto Alegre, where he studied Marketing and Advertising at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul ( PUCRS ). Guarda () is a city and a municipality in the District of Guarda and the capital of the Beiras e Serra da Estrela sub-region in northern Portugal.
