Adam Hloušek
Adam Hloušek (; born 20 December 1988) is a Czech professional footballer who plays as a left-back. He was also a member of the Czech Republic national team. Career In 2009, Hloušek won the Talent of the Year award at the Czech Footballer of the Year awards. For the 2014–15 season he moved to VfB Stuttgart. On 31 January 2016, he joined Legia Warsaw. In August 2020, Hloušek returned to former club 1. FC Kaiserslautern, joining on loan from Viktoria Plzeň. On 3 July 2021, he joined the Polish Ekstraklasa side Bruk-Bet Termalica Nieciecza. On 5 January 2022, he left the club by mutual consent. In January 2022, Hloušek returned to the Czech First League, he joined FC Fastav Zlín. Turnov
Turnov (; ) is a town in Semily District in the Liberec Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 15,000 inhabitants. It is a traditional centre for gemstone polishing, glass craftsmanship and arts. The historic town centre is well preserved and is protected as an urban monument zone. Czech Footballer Of The Year
The Czech Footballer of the Year () is awarded in the Czech Republic by the Football Association of the Czech Republic (FA ČR). Eligibility extends to Czech players in the Czech Republic and abroad. Awards for young player, coach and Czech First League personality of the year are also awarded. The award was first presented in 1965, as an award for the whole of Czechoslovakia. It was won by Ján Popluhár. Petr Čech won the award for an unprecedented sixth time in the 2012 ceremony, passing the previous record of five wins held by fellow goalkeeper Ivo Viktor. Viktor had previously won the award more times than any other player, having won the award five times in the Czechoslovak era between 1968 and 1976. 2015–16 Polish Cup
The 2015–16 Polish Cup was the sixty-second season of the annual Polish football knockout tournament. It began on 18 July 2015 with the first matches of the preliminary round and ended on 2 May 2016 with the final at the National Stadium in Warsaw. Winners of the competition qualified for the qualifying tournament of the 2016–17 UEFA Europa League. The 2015–16 season brought several changes into the competition format determined by the 2014 reform of II liga (3rd tier), which decreased the number of teams playing in the league from 36 to 18 and the number of teams participating in the Polish Cup from 86 to 68. The Polish Cup in Association football, football ( ) is an annual Single-elimination tournament, knockout football competition for Polish football club (association football), football clubs, held continuously since 1950, and is the second most important national title in Polish football after the Ekstraklasa title. The 2015–16 Ekstraklasa was the 82nd season of the highest level of football leagues in Poland since its establishment in 1927. A total of 16 teams were participating, 14 of which competed in the league during the 2014–15 season, while the remaining two were promoted from the I Liga.
