Abidin Ünal
Abidin Ünal (born 1953 in Pınarbaşı, Kayseri, Pınarbaşı, Kayseri, Turkey) is a retired Turkish Air Force general and commander of the Turkish Air Force. During his tenure, he was a Senior Member of the NATO Science, Technology and Research Network, NATO Technology and Research Organization General Assembly. Career Officer and staff officer Ünal attended the elementary school in Kazancık as well as the middle school in Pınarbaşı, Kayseri, Pınarbaşı and the middle school Demir-Çelik-Ortaokulu in Karabük, before he completed training at the vocational school for chemical engineering (Kimya Teknisyen Okulu) in Ankara from 1968 to 1972. Pınarbaşı (, ) previously known as Aziziye is a municipality and Districts of Turkey, district of Kayseri Province, Turkey. Batman, Turkey
Batman (; ) is a city and capital of Batman District in Batman Province, Turkey. It lies on a plateau, above sea level, near the confluence of the Batman River and the Tigris and had a population of 452,157 in 2021. It is populated by Kurds. Incirlik Air Base () is a Republic of Turkey, Turkish air base of slightly more than 3320 ac (1335 ha), located in the İncirlik quarter of the city of Adana, Turkey.
