7th Federal Electoral District Of San Luis Potosí
The 7th federal electoral district of San Luis Potosí () is one of the Federal electoral districts of Mexico, 300 electoral districts into which Mexico is divided for elections to the federal Chamber of Deputies (Mexico), Chamber of Deputies and one of seven such districts in the States of Mexico, state of San Luis Potosí. It elects one deputy (legislator), deputy to the lower house of Congress of Mexico, Congress for each three-year legislative session by means of the Plurality voting system, first-past-the-post system. Votes cast in the district also count towards the calculation of proportional representation ("plurinominal") deputies elected from the Electoral regions of Mexico, second region. Suspended in 1943, the 7th district was re-established as part of the L Legislature of the Mexican Congress#Main accomplishments, 1977 electoral reforms, which increased the number of single-member seats in the Chamber of Deputies from 196 to 300. Briceyda García Antonio
Briceyda García Antonio (born 11 January 1988) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the Morena (political party), National Regeneration Movement (Morena). García Antonio was born in Axtla de Terrazas, San Luis Potosí, in 1988. She holds a bachelor's degree in administration from the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí (UASLP). Between 2006 and 2014, including while she was at university, she worked for the Cinépolis cinema chain in the San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, city of San Luis Potosí. From 2018 to 2023, she held a position as one the federal Secretariat of Welfare's regional directors, with responsibility for 13 of the municipalities of San Luis Potosí, state's municipalities.
