2023–24 Sydney Kings Season
The 2023–24 Sydney Kings season was the 35th season of the franchise in the National Basketball League (NBL). On 16 May 2023, head coach Chase Buford parted ways with the Kings. On 21 June 2023, the Kings hired Mahmoud Abdelfattah on a two-year deal as head coach. 2023–24 Illawarra Hawks Season
The 2023–24 Illawarra Hawks season was the 46th season of the franchise in the National Basketball League (NBL). On 13 May 2023, the Hawks have picked up Jacob Jackomas’s second year team option. On 14 November 2023, Jacob Jackomas was released as Hawks' head coach after the team started the season with a 2–7 record and was replaced by Justin Tatum on an interim basis. On 22 February 2024, prior to the Hawks' playoff campaign, Tatum signed a three-year deal with Illawarra to continue as permanent head coach. The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) is located on the Gold Coast Highway in Broadbeach, Queensland, Australia. The venue was opened on 29 June 2004 at a cost of A$167 million. Sam Timmins
Samuel Timmins (born 23 May 1997) is a New Zealand professional basketball player for the Southland Sharks of the New Zealand National Basketball League (NZNBL). He played college basketball for the Washington Huskies. In 2022, he helped the Otago Nuggets win the NZNBL championship. Early life and career Timmins was born in Dunedin. His father, Brendon Timmins, played rugby in Otago during the 1990s and in Southland in the early 2000s. While living in Southland, Sam played rugby for Eastern Hawks and Star. Jonah Anthony Bolden (born 2 January 1996) is an Australian-American professional basketball player for the Cangrejeros de Santurce of the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN). He started his professional career with FMP in Serbia, where he was named the ABA League Top Prospect in 2017. Kouat Noi
Kouat Noi (born 29 October 1997) is a South Sudanese-Australian professional basketball player for the Sutherland Sharks of the NBL1 East. He is also contracted with the Sydney Kings of the National Basketball League (NBL). He played college basketball for the TCU Horned Frogs.
