The 2023–24 Melbourne United season was the 41st season of the franchise in the National Basketball League (Australia), National Basketball League (NBL), and their 10th under the banner of Melbourne United. On 19 April 2023, head coach Dean Vickerman signed a four-year contract extension with the club. The 2023–24 Adelaide 36ers season was the 43rd season of the franchise in the National Basketball League (NBL). On 6 December 2023, C. J. Bruton parted ways as 36ers' head coach after the team started the season with a 4–9 record and was replaced by Scott Ninnis on an interim basis. On 22 February 2024, Ninnis signed a two-year contract to continue as head coach. The 2023–24 Illawarra Hawks season was the 46th season of the franchise in the National Basketball League (NBL). On 13 May 2023, the Hawks have picked up Jacob Jackomas’s second year team option. On 14 November 2023, Jacob Jackomas was released as Hawks' head coach after the team started the season with a 2–7 record and was replaced by Justin Tatum on an interim basis. On 22 February 2024, prior to the Hawks' playoff campaign, Tatum signed a three-year deal with Illawarra to continue as permanent head coach. The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) is located on the Gold Coast Highway in Broadbeach, Queensland, Australia. The venue was opened on 29 June 2004 at a cost of A$167 million. Robert Loe
Robert Loe (born 5 August 1991) is a New Zealand professional basketball player for the Auckland Tuatara of the New Zealand National Basketball League (NZNBL). He is also contracted with the New Zealand Breakers of the Australian National Basketball League (NBL). He played college basketball for Saint Louis University and has played in the Australian NBL since 2016. He represents the New Zealand national team but also holds a British passport. Early life Loe was born in Leicester, England. He was raised in Auckland, New Zealand, where he attended Westlake Boys High School. Ariel Washington Hukporti (born 12 April 2002) is a German-Togolese professional basketball player for the New York Knicks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Early life and youth career Hukporti was born in Stralsund, Germany to Togolese parents and was raised by a single mother. He grew up playing football as a defender. Kyle Bowen (born 6 October 2000) is an Australian professional basketball player for the Canterbury Rams of the New Zealand National Basketball League (NZNBL). He is also contracted with Melbourne United of the National Basketball League (NBL). Brad Newley (born 18 February 1985) is an Australian professional basketball player for the Frankston Blues of the NBL1 South.
