Spark Arena
Spark Arena (also known as Auckland City Arena, and formerly as Vector Arena) is a multipurpose arena in Auckland, New Zealand. The venue is located at Quay Park, Parnell, very close to Britomart Transport Centre and The Strand Station. The arena cost approximately $94 million, and of this sum ratepayers contributed $68 million for the facility to be managed by QPAM, the NZ operator, in New Zealand's first big public-private partnership. This runs for 40 years before ownership is transferred to the city. After delays due to construction-related issues, the arena's first concert was Rock Star Supernova on 24 March 2007. Naming rights During planning and construction, the venue was called Auckland City Arena. Vector Limited held the naming rights from the venue's opening in 2007 until April 2017, during which time it was called Vector Arena. The 2023–24 Adelaide 36ers season was the 43rd season of the franchise in the National Basketball League (NBL). On 6 December 2023, C. J. Bruton parted ways as 36ers' head coach after the team started the season with a 4–9 record and was replaced by Scott Ninnis on an interim basis. The 2023–24 Illawarra Hawks season was the 46th season of the franchise in the National Basketball League (NBL). On 13 May 2023, the Hawks have picked up Jacob Jackomas’s second year team option. On 14 November 2023, Jacob Jackomas was released as Hawks' head coach after the team started the season with a 2–7 record and was replaced by Justin Tatum on an interim basis. The Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC) is located on the Gold Coast Highway in Broadbeach, Queensland, Australia. The venue was opened on 29 June 2004 at a cost of A$167 million. It is linked by a covered walkway to The Star Gold Coast. Rocco Zikarsky (born 11 July 2006) is an Australian professional basketball player for the Minnesota Timberwolves of the National Basketball Association (NBA), on a two-way contract with the Iowa Wolves of the NBA G League. Tyrell Harrison
Tyrell Harrison (born 6 July 1999) is an Australian-New Zealand professional basketball player for the Brisbane Bullets of the National Basketball League (NBL). He represents New Zealand in international basketball competitions. Early life Harrison was born in Brisbane, Queensland, to a father from New Zealand.
