2023 Copa América Of Beach Soccer
The 2023 Copa América of Beach Soccer (known natively in Spanish as the ''Copa América de Futbol Playa'') was the fourth edition of the Copa América of Beach Soccer, the international beach soccer competition organised by CONMEBOL for the men's national teams of South America. It was held in Rosario, Argentina between 11 and 19 March 2023. For the first time, the tournament acted as the South American qualification for the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup following CONMEBOL's decision to determine its representatives in the World Cup via the Copa America instead of its specific qualifying tournament that ran until 2021. The top three teams qualified for the 2024 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup held in the United Arab Emirates. The 2022 Copa América of Beach Soccer (known natively in Spanish as the ''Copa América de Futbol Playa'') was the third edition of the Copa América of Beach Soccer, an international beach soccer competition in South America, contested between the men's national teams of the members of CONMEBOL. The competition was organised by South American football's governing body, CONMEBOL; other beach soccer events under the "''Copa América''" title took place during 1994–99, 2003 and 2012–14, however this incarnation is the first to be officially organised and sanctioned by CONMEBOL. The tournament was hosted by Paraguay in Luque (Asunción), between 21 and 29 May. The tournament returned for the first time in four years after the last scheduled edition in 2020 was cancelled due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic in South America. Group A is a set of motorsport regulations administered by the FIA covering production derived touring cars for competition, usually in touring car racing and rallying. Paraguay observes UTC−03:00 year-round. Until 2024, it observed UTC−04:00 for standard time (PYT) and UTC−03:00 for daylight saving time / summer time (PYST). Daylight saving time Paraguay used to observe DST under decree 1867 of March 5, 2004. DST ended on the third Sunday of March and started on the first Sunday of October. In 2010, Paraguay changed its own DST rules because of the energy crisis, ending DST on the second Sunday in April, a month later than previous years.
