The 2019–20 Australian Baseball League season was the tenth year Australian Baseball League (ABL) season. The season was held from to . The Melbourne Aces won their first title after defeating the Adelaide Giants in the postseason. Timothy James Kennelly (born 5 December 1986) is an Australian professional baseball player for the Perth Heat of the Australian Baseball League. Primarily an outfielder and third baseman, Kennelly spent a significant portion of his career also as a catcher. Geelong Baseball Park
The Geelong Baseball Centre or Geelong Baseball Park is home to Geelong Baseball Club in Geelong, Victoria during summer and the Guild Allstars Baseball Club and East Belmont Saints Baseball Club during the winter season. In total the Geelong Baseball Centre has four playing fields, with the main diamond being one of the few international standard baseball ballparks in Australia. Features include lighting up to international standard, electronic scoreboard and associated infrastructure in the form of elevated commentary box, outfield sightboards, bullpen tunnels, meeting and dining areas and an indoor training facility. Gavin Glenn Christopher Joseph Cecchini ( ; born December 22, 1993) is an American former professional baseball second baseman. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the New York Mets. Early life Cecchini was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and attended Alfred M. Barbe High School. Prior to the 2012 MLB draft, Cecchini was regarded by Perfect Game as "good athlete, highest level hitter and outstanding middle infield tools." Extra innings is the extension of a baseball or softball game in order to break a tie.
